Due to the Nature of Our Business, All Sales are Final. Please be Sure to Double Check that Your Personalization Information is Correct Prior to Submitting Your Order.  Please note that all items are made to order. Some items might look slightly different than the photo as cuts & colors may change from item to item. Some ink in printing maybe darker at times or lighter. This is very rare but may happen; especially with custom work.  Any returns that are authorized will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Orders Cannot be Cancelled Once Placed - We Begin Production Right Away in Order to Meet Our Processing Timeline.

In the Event You Receive a Damaged Item, Please Inform Us within 48 Hours of Delivery. Please Email a Photo of the Damaged Item Along with a Description of the Damage to be Eligible for a Free Replacement.

In the Event You Receive an Item that Was Made in Error, Please Send a Photograph Along with a Description of the Item that was Made Incorrectly and We Will Mail You a Replacement Within 48 Hours.

Due to our High Production Rate, we do not Provide Proofs Prior to Production

Any Request to Change the Personalization After the Item has Been Created will Incur a Replacement Fee.

All applicable Sales Tax Upon will be calculated upon Checkout.

The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless IslandGirl Dezigns for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, or use of the item in violation of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws or regulations. Buyer further warrants that he/she is 18 years of age or older, and understands that some items sold by IslandGirl Dezigns are dangerous if misused. Buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless IslandGirl Dezigns for injuries which may result from use of products sold by us.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at islandgirldezigns@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
